At Vasaqa, our journey began with three friends sharing a love for soul food and a passion for innovative cooking. What started as laid-back Sunday gatherings around a fire, smoking meats and enjoying cold beers, quickly evolved into a culinary venture that brought a unique twist to traditional Fijian cuisine.
